Buses will be provided to both the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night and the Wedding on Saturday night. Taking the bus is HIGHLY encouraged, as driving on our wildlife-ridden roads can be precarious, especially at night.

Thursday, August 17th | 6pm | The Malt

• No transportation provided. Please either walk or carpool as parking is limited.

Rehearsal Dinner

Friday, August 18th | 6pm | The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch

• Transportation provided! Ride time approx. 25 min.

• Buses will pick up all passengers in Saratoga at 5:30pm sharp. If you are staying at an AirBnB, VRBO, or live locally, please make your way to the nearest bus stop location. Bus stop locations are as follows:

  • The Riviera - Parking Lot

    • If you are staying at The Copperline Lodge or Deerhaven RV Park, please meet at the Riviera parking lot

  • The Wolf - Parking lot behind building

  • Saratoga Hot Springs Resort - Parking lot

  • Old Baldy Club - Main clubhouse

• Buses will bring everyone back to these locations at the end of the night, with the first bus returning to Saratoga around 9pm.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Saturday, August 19th | 5:30pm | XH Ranch

• Transportation provided! Ride time approx. 40 min.
