What's the best way to RSVP? 

RSVP through this website or mail in the RSVP card included with your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVP by July 20th, 2023!

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your children, due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. 

What is the dress code?

  • Welcome Party - Casual (travel clothes)

  • Rehearsal Dinner - Dressy Western/Cocktail

  • Ceremony & Reception - Just Shy of Black Tie (Black Tie Optional)

  • Farewell Brunch - Country Club Casual (no blue jeans please)

Will events take place indoors or outdoors?

  • Welcome Party - Indoor/Outdoor

  • Rehearsal Dinner - Indoor/Outdoor

  • Ceremony & Reception - Outdoor; please wear shoes that are comfortable and will allow you to walk on grass

  • Farewell Brunch - Indoor

What will the weather be like?

This time of year, expect moderate mornings, hot afternoons, and plenty of sun, with the possibility of clouds, wind and light rain/squalls (which typically do not last long.) The evenings will cool off, so be prepared! We are at high altitude; expect anything from 50 - 80 degrees. Speaking of high altitude, please remember to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen!

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Yes, buses will be provided.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

For guests who will be driving themselves, parking will be available.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive between 5 - 5:15pm. Transportation will be provided, bus schedule to be announced.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

We'll be serving passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by family-style dinner and dessert.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We strongly prefer a phone/camera-free wedding ceremony. We will share photos after the wedding for all to see!
